The challenge of E-Labsheet was to turn a messy process into a structured digital experience — one where every anomaly, objective, and comment lands exactly where it should.
The tool had to be simple, intuitive, and rock-solid, supporting engineers in the heat of simulation without slowing them down, and delivering a clear, actionable overview once the flight was over.

Loose sheets and Excel tables quickly turned into a juggling act. What was needed: a digital workspace that could actually keep pace with live simulations.

Issues spotted mid-flight were logged inconsistently, sometimes forgotten or misfiled. It was necessary to have one clear, reliable system that leaves no bug behind.

End-of-session reports meant hours of compiling and cleaning data. What was needed was an automated, structured summary ready to use right after landing.

From Note-Taking to a Digital Flight Log
From Note-Taking to a Digital Flight Log
To tackle these challenges, E-Labsheet was designed as a true digital co-pilot. It organizes note-taking into a clear, collaborative, and structured interface that supports engineers without ever slowing them down.
Every anomaly is captured, every objective tracked, and everything seamlessly turns into a ready-to-use report the moment the simulation ends.

Engineers were juggling between scraps of paper and endless Excel sheets, with key details slipping through mid-simulation.
The answer was a digital logbook that keeps everything in one place — as quick to jot down as a sticky note, but without the risk of flying away.

Impact
Notes centralized and easy to access
No more lost details or duplicate entries
A tool that matches the fast pace of live testing

Each issue was logged differently — sometimes incomplete, sometimes forgotten. It was patchwork at best.
What was needed was one consistent system that captured everything, every time.

Impact
Reliable, standardized tracking of anomalies
A trustworthy history for the project team
Fewer oversights, greater confidence in the data

Compiling end-of-flight notes used to take almost as long as the simulation itself.
With E-Labsheet, reports are generated instantly, structured, and ready to use. Landing the data has never been this smooth.

Reports available right after the session
Clear summaries that are easy to share
Significant time saved after each test

Full Speed, No Turbulence
Full Speed, No Turbulence
E-Labsheet turned note-taking during flight simulations from a fragmented, time-consuming process into a smooth, centralized, and collaborative experience.
Engineers now work faster, with more accuracy and peace of mind — leaving them free to focus on what really matters: the performance of the flight.

Goals
Finding balance : playful energy meets functional design
1
Keeping the lively, pop tone
2
Bringing in visual consistency
3
Making clarity and legibility a top priority
